Ebony Jackson (previously Banes) is an elite athlete herself, (currently training for an ironman), so knows exactly what it takes, day in, day out, to not only maintain optimal health but continually perform at your best and get the most out of your body. Her tennis career cut short due to injury; she was determined not to let that happen to anyone else. A good quality massage is the best treatment for tired, aching muscles. For everything else, there's scenar therapy to rebalance the body. With over 20 years experience as a massage therapist, and 30 as a full-time athlete, she definitely knows what she is talking about!
